Rachel’s love for travel started with annual roadtrips to see her favorite mouse, more than 40 years ago. She has been a travel advisor since 2014 and loves first visits to any destination. She specializes in all-inclusive resorts and destination weddings. As a Certified Sandals Specialist and WeddingMoon Specialist, she has celebrated “the big day” by planning weddings and honeymoons for many couples. She also specializes in other all-inclusive brands in the Caribbean and Mexico, Disney destinations, Universal Parks & Resorts, and cruises. Her “favorite trip” changes almost constantly, but her Royal Caribbean cruise to Alaska ranks at the top of the list consistently. She is also a huge fan of Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas and Icon of the Seas and is looking forward to Utopia of the Seas’ inaugural season beginning Summer 2024.
Behind the scenes…
She has been married to Chris since 1995 and loves discovering new destinations with him. She has three grown children and loves creating memories with them now just as much as when they were smaller. Once social media took off, she used #growingupdisney frequently throughout their youth. Now they are adults, approaching their thirties, and it happened in what seemed to be just a timespan of a blink. She joyously celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary with a Retie-the-Knot vow renewal at Beaches Turks & Caicos. When she isn’t planning travel for her clients, she is busy outdoors, in her garden, playing with her 5 dogs, or working with DNP faculty and students. She loves sending her healthcare family on fabulous vacations.
